Ironclad+ Warranty

A. Coverage & Term

  1. Defects in Materials & Workmanship (12 months). M6 Tooling warrants HotSwap blocks to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date.

  2. No-Fault Crash Assist (24 months). For 24 months from the original purchase date, M6 Tooling will provide a direct replacement HotSwap block of the same model (or current equivalent if the model is discontinued) at 50% off the then-current list price when damage results from accident, crash, misuse, setup error, over-torque, improper programming, or any other non-warranty cause.

Note: The benefits in Sections A.1 and A.2 are transferable for the remaining time left on each term. Coverage runs from the original purchase date regardless of ownership changes.

B. What’s Not Covered (Exclusions)

  • Normal wear (e.g., fasteners, seals, springs, wipers, alignment pins, finishing/plating wear, cosmetic scratches).

  • Corrosion or chemical attack, including damage caused by improper coolant, cleaners, or storage.

  • Alterations or non-OEM modifications.

  • Non-M6 Tooling parts or non compatible tool holders used with the block.

  • Incidental costs (downtime, labor, programming, shipping to M6 Tooling, loss of use, lost profits, etc.).

C. Conditions & Process (RMA)

  1. Start a claim: Email nickh@m6tooling.com with (a) order number or proof of original purchase, (b) photos/video of the issue, and (c) a brief description.

  2. Return authorization: We’ll issue an RMA number and shipping instructions.

  3. Evaluation:

    • Defects claims: If confirmed, M6 Tooling will repair or replace the product and cover return shipping; the customer covers inbound shipping.

    • No-Fault Crash Assist: You must return the damaged unit. Upon receipt, we’ll invoice a 50% off replacement (same model/equivalent).

  4. Proof of original purchase and physical return required: We do not require product registration or serial numbers. We do require proof of original purchase and the physical return of the damaged unit for any remedy.

D. Remedies & Limits

  • For defects, M6 Tooling's sole obligation is repair or replacement (at M6 Tooling's option).

  • For No-Fault Crash Assist, M6 Tooling's obligation is a single direct replacement per damaged unit upon exchange of that unit at 50% off list.

  • Consumables, accessories, and non-M6 Tooling parts are excluded from both remedies.

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by state/country.

E. Proper Use & Maintenance

Coverage assumes installation, torqueing, operation, and maintenance consistent with M6 documentation and standard machining practice.

F. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated, M6 Tooling disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. M6 Tooling is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages (including downtime or lost profits). In all cases, M6 Tooling’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

G. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie in the state and federal courts located in United States of America, Florida.
